Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team as a Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Brand Expert in the Coachella Valley area, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Hesperia, La Quinta, and Apple Valley.
As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury team, sharing Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy and help build an amazing beauty business. You will need to be sales-driven and have experience in beauty and retail.
Responsibilities
- Drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service
- Achieve sales targets by creating an amazing experience and providing exemplary service
- Reflect the brand values and customer base
- Promote and create makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury
- Execute corporate events within Sephora and Ulta
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues
- Train and educate beauty advisors within retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, and Blue Mercury
- Ensure the counter is customer-ready and maintain excellent counter hygiene standards
- Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement
- Maintain consistent communication with the brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns
- Manage schedule, clock in and out, and submit time sheets on the payroll application
