Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities and Duties
You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA, collect data and submit session notes, collaborate with peers and supervisors, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and perform other duties as assigned. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for commuting between locations.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements include experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, effective English communication, valid state identification, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Schedule
The schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed, and clinic options available. There is up to 25% travel required.
