We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury's Douglas Seiersberg store. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on our products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on our products
- Drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Build strong relationships with customers and make them ambassadors for the brand
Requirements:
- Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
- Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent the brand
- Ideally, experience as a makeup artist
- Positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset
- German language proficiency at B2 level
