The role of a Seasonal Production Assistant is to play an important part in the manufacturing process, developing new skills and becoming a valued team member. The assistant will work in a fun, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with guidance from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pressing: Hand-pressing powders and mixes to achieve high-quality results
  • Pouring: Hand-pouring soaps, massage bars, and other products
  • Picking: Selecting customer orders and gifts
  • Packing: Packaging gift boxes to finished bath bombs
  • Shaping: Hand-crafting simple and intricate designs
  • Filling: Filling pots and bottles of various sizes
  • Labelling: Machine or hand-placing labels on packaged items
  • Wrapping & Ribboning: Wrapping, tagging, and ribboning gifts

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Time-efficient and punctual
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • Focused with a proactive attitude
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Open to a diverse workplace and team collaboration

Additional Requirements

  • Wear safety boots (reimbursed up to $100)
  • Reach production levels
  • Physically capable of standing for 38 hours per week, lifting, and performing manual tasks
