Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a DAI Delivery Lead. As part of our International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) team, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery outcomes across the Digital Authentication & Identity (DA&I) portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Owning end-to-end delivery execution across DA&I programmes and run-the-bank change
- Establishing delivery governance across plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID resourcing, and financials
- Embedding disciplined agile at scale ways of working plus DevSecOps practices and measurable quality gates across delivery teams
- Prioritising and sequencing delivery demand with Platform Leads and portfolio leadership
- Improving delivery performance using metrics such as predictability, lead time, incident trends, defect leakage, environment stability, and automation coverage
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring substantial technology delivery leadership experience across software development in complex regulated environments, demonstrate proven delivery of customer-focused outcomes across large-scale change and operational support, and apply deep understanding of authentication and authorisation engineering.
