Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Chilliwack, British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with various teams, including Production, Quality, Laboratory, Technical, and external logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.
The Warehouse Manager will have operational ownership of our automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) and will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or ingredient/food environment, hands-on experience with SAP and WMS systems, and demonstrated experience with cross-border Canada-U.S. logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound raw material from Vancouver Port to the facility in coordination with 3PL providers
- Coordinating receiving schedules, unloading containers, and warehouse capacity to ensure efficient material flow
- Maintaining accurate inventory transactions and material traceability within SAP and WMS
- Overseeing AS/RS operations and warehouse material movements to ensure safe and efficient execution
- Coordinating FTL transportation schedules with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with corporate warehouse, logistics, quality, and safety standards
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $80,850 to $92,400.
