Responsibilities:

• Lead and support development teams in designing and constructing thermal vehicle systems technically
• Take overall technical responsibility for development projects regarding quality, deadlines, and budget
• Create and approve technical concepts, support calculations, effort estimates, and proposals
• Serve as the first technical contact for customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders
• Assess technical risks and develop suitable solution strategies
• Continuously develop methods, standards, and best practices in climate and thermal systems

Requirements:

• Completed studies in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar fields
• Several years of experience in developing and designing thermal vehicle systems in the automotive environment
• Experience in technical team management or project responsibility
• Strong communication and moderation skills, with a confident appearance towards customers
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style with high self-initiative
• Excellent German and English language skills
