We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store
Work Pattern:
- Thursday 18:00-22:00
- Friday 18:00-22:00
- Saturday 18:00-22:00
