We are seeking a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional shopping experience.
Job Summary: As a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member, you will be responsible for stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, often during peak periods such as holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Climb up and down ladders
- Accurately handle cash register operations
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
