As Product Manager of the IVR Platform, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and success of the foundational capabilities that power the enterprise platform. This role sits at the center of our AI roadmap , you'll shape how we test and enable the AI capabilities that each LOB IVR team will leverage. You'll partner closely with engineering and product, translating cross-LOB priorities into a strategic roadmap that relentlessly improves the platform's availability and usability, while building the common capabilities that make great customer experiences possible for every IVR team across the enterprise.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
