Analyst Relations

ElevenLabs is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager for ElevenAgents in North America. The ideal candidate will have experience building an analyst relations function from the ground up, preferably in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy to position ElevenAgents as a leader in the enterprise-grade platform for deploying voice and chat agents at scale.
• Leverage existing relationships with Gartner, Forrester, and IDC to secure Magic Quadrant inclusions and build a strong analyst narrative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering, to understand the company's product vision and translate it into a compelling story for analysts.
• Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings, and establish a regular cadence of communication with analysts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience running or building an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.
• Hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave process.
• Ability to shape the category narrative for a company with multiple product lines.
• Comfortable preparing executives and technical leads for analyst interactions and building a strong analyst relations program.
