Description
We are seeking an experienced electrical engineering leader to oversee healthcare building projects, including new construction, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades. As a Senior Professional, Electrical Engineering, you will serve as a day-to-day technical resource for the electrical team, helping connect project managers, technical leads, and production staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical design and production oversight
- Mentoring developing engineers
- Supporting quality reviews
- Representing WSP professionally with clients, contractors, and project partners
You will be expected to have strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and building electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding, and applicable design and permitting requirements.
Key qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-7 years of relevant post-education experience
- Engineer in Training Certification
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The expected salary range for this position is $100,800 - $166,000.
