As a Small Format Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and initiating a warm, helpful interaction
- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Actively supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests
- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor
- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments
- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments
- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
- Supporting execution of major transitions
- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness
- Accurately executing all Fills and processing inbound deliveries
- Operating power equipment only if certified
- Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks

Physical Demands
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift or move merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds
- Flexibility when picking up shifts

Pay Information
- Starting hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour
