Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a Finance Manager, you will be part of our small but experienced finance department and will help us build new analysis structures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Controlling: preparing monthly financial statements, building reports, and providing concrete recommendations for action
• Financial Planning: creating latest estimates and budgets, managing forecast and budget processes for sales areas
• Accounting & Admin: ensuring accurate cost accounting, maintaining contact with accounting, sales, and customers
• The Unknown: accompanying various projects, including service tenders and new reporting

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning
• Ideally experience in the FMCG industry or food retail sector
• Experience in project management
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear recommendations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent German and proficient English
