We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Faversham, Kent. As a Customer Assistant, you will be putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping customers, filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, or selling products
- Using digital tools to enhance customer experience
- Organising and moving stock, keeping shelves tidy and well-presented
- Building product knowledge to make helpful recommendations
Requirements:
