On Premise Executive (Musketeer)

We are seeking an On Premise Executive (Musketeer) to join our team in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

As a Musketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise world, building relationships, connecting with key people, and creating new opportunities to drive business and brand growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop relationships with like-minded individuals in strategic hotels, including concierge, bar managers, beverage directors, and F&B directors.
• Represent the Red Bull brand with professionalism and a deep understanding of the hospitality environment.
• Develop and protect On Premise accounts in your assigned territory, analyzing the territory and business of each account to identify opportunities and drive distribution.
• Negotiate and execute activations, seeking proactive opportunities to implement creative elements that drive the Red Bull image and compensate investment.
• Identify and execute experiential and creative opportunities, including corporate conferences and weddings throughout the year.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Nightlife, Events, or client-facing roles.
• Experience or knowledge of the nightlife and entertainment scene in Cancun highly valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with and influence different audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high motivation, and proactivity, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
• Valid driver's license and availability to drive as part of the role.
• Intermediate or advanced English language skills.
• Basic handling of iOS and MS Office.
