Job Overview

The Strategic Global Operations team at Anduril serves as experts on Product Line system and process health and top-line strategy. We are seeking an individual to help solve key cross-functional process, analytics, and system problems to better support Production and Product teams across various workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the US East Coast Product Lines health, ensuring processes and systems support their production. You will be the voice of the customer back to HQ operation teams to ensure the east coast PLs are supported.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments, and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes to improve the ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly.
  • Manage the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, categorize/prioritize, track status and approvals, and coordinate implementation with product teams.
  • Build dashboards, track operational metrics, monitor Product Line health scores, prepare data-driven reports for leadership, and refine KPI development for impactful reporting to inform strategic decision making.
  • Clearly document process workflows and standard operating procedures, engaging with broader teams to validate accuracy and effectiveness of documents.
  • Develop and utilize your strategic operations viewpoint, being an active participant in deciding which projects are worth solving at a given point in time, and understanding different priorities and considerations from various functions.
  • Gather data, identify issues, prepare review materials, coordinate across regional teams, and track action items for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Assess readiness of new regions/countries for expansion, benchmark performance across regions, identify gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Defense, Engineering, Technology, or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations, and Analytics.
  • High execution bar, with the ability to see projects through from conception to tactical completion.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills to create key analysis to influence and execute operational decisions.
  • Experience with product development and business systems requirements.
  • Ability to identify how various parts of the operation string together.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge different parts of the organization and regions.
  • People-centric approach to solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
  • High ownership and low ego, with a strong outcome orientation and high humility.
  • Genuinely curious and creative, with a desire to dive deep into operational process and systems problems.
  • Observant and able to anticipate cross-functional issues and potential solutions.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Information

The salary range for this role is $112,000 - $149,000 USD per year.
