Talent Acquisition Operations Excellence Leader

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Excellence Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition operations excellence team to drive process improvements, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve talent acquisition operations excellence
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
• Manage and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or operations
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and strategic initiatives
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
