As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are a vital link between strategic goals and daily execution. You will lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can do their best work and feel empowered.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance.
  • Lead and direct a team of employees to consistently make high-quality products and meet or exceed production targets.
  • Prioritize critical tasks and effectively allocate human resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Apply a 'Bias for Action,' promptly and decisively addressing safety and quality issues to prevent larger problems.
  • Identify and analyze problems, develop and implement effective solutions, make timely and well-informed decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals.
  • Utilize data and insights to drive quantifiable improvements in efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a relentless focus on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, improving processes, and driving innovation to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Proactively address conflicts fairly and effectively, facilitating mutually acceptable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with your team and all partners.
  • Champion accountability, managing both your own performance and that of the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards.
  • Actively listen to and value the perspectives of all team members and other department stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
