The key responsibilities of this role include:

Co-Branding Marketing

  • Develop and manage co-branding and co-marketing plans with bank partners, ensuring alignment with Prudential’s brand direction, partner-bank positioning, and PD business priorities.
  • Act as the key contact point for bank marketing teams in planning and executing co-branded initiatives, including campaigns, branch visibility, digital assets, events, PR/communications, and partner engagement activities.
  • Develop and manage co-branded messaging, visual assets, marketing toolkits, and communication materials to ensure brand consistency, customer relevance, and compliance with both Prudential and bank-partner guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and bank partners to obtain required reviews and approvals for co-branded materials and activities.
  • Monitor co-branding effectiveness, partner feedback, market practices, and visibility opportunities to continuously improve PD’s brand presence across partner-bank touchpoints.

Product & Bank-Channel Go-To-Market

  • Translate product proposition, customer insights, segment needs, and bank-partner priorities into clear product messaging frameworks, and go-to-market directions for the PD channel.
  • Work with Product, Customer, Sales, Business Planning, Academy, Compliance, and bank partners to develop product marketing plans for new launches, product refreshes, and segment-based offers.
  • Develop customer-facing materials such as Group presentation theme package, campaign toolkits, launch packs, and partner-specific communication assets.
  • Implement product launch campaigns for the PD channel, including communication planning, internal alignment, frontline enablement, bank-facing materials, approval coordination, and post-launch optimization.

Marketing Campaign & Customer Promotion

  • Plan and manage customer campaigns and promotions for the PD channel, including activation, product adoption, and partner-specific business priorities.
  • Translate business forecasts, product propositions, and customer insights into campaign objectives, target audiences, mechanics, KPIs, budget allocation, timeline, and execution plans.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution by coordinating Sales, Business Planning, Product, Marketing, Academy, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and bank partners to ensure quality, timeline, governance, and business alignment.
  • Manage customer promotion mechanics, including eligibility criteria, reward structure, terms and conditions, approval flow, communication materials, tracking mechanism, and fulfillment process where applicable.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and budget, consolidate results with relevant teams, evaluate ROI/effectiveness, and provide post-campaign reports with key learnings and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign planning, execution quality, customer engagement, and sales enablement based on data, frontline feedback, partner feedback, and market observations.

Budget, Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Track and manage utilization of PD marketing budgets where applicable; recommend budget optimization to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing activities, materials, product communications, and customer promotions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, brand guidelines, partner-bank requirements, and approval processes.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, bank partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide timely updates, reports, risks, recommendations, and decision points to line manager and relevant stakeholders.
