Description
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team at Omnes Healthcare Limited, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients.
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making using a holistic and evidence-based approach.
Main Duties:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a Primary Care environment
- Comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decision-making
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and understand the Scope of Professional Practice
- Provide evidence-based, clinically effective, and cost-effective care
- Participate in and provide clinical supervision
- Contribute to practice-based research and service development where appropriate
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration
- Independent Prescribing qualification
- Proven experience working within a Primary Care environment
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
