Description
Join JLL as an HVAC and BMS Engineer in Hong Kong, SAR, China. You will assist in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC and BMS across client-sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performing optimization of HVAC and BMS across the client-site
- Support the Engineering Manager in managing a team of technicians and contractors to ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and operational standards
- Monitor and analyze BMS data to identify energy inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment, chillers, AHU, and associate systems
- Support incident response and emergency protocols for HVAC / BMS failures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations
- Prepare reports on system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Registered Electrical Worker Grade A / B is a strong plus
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in building services and facilities management
- Experience in museums, art galleries, data centers, or other critical environments with strict climate-control requirements is highly preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of large-scale HVAC systems, BMS, and electrical distribution systems
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
