Musketeer - On Premise Specialist

We're looking for a Musketeer - On Premise Specialist to join our team in Sacramento. As a Musketeer, you'll be the personification of the Red Bull brand in our On Premise business. You'll need to have an unwavering enthusiasm for the nightlife environment, and an endless fascination with the driving forces that shape it.

Responsibilities:

• Showcase the Red Bull brand through your unique personality
• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners
• Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market
• Develop and deploy ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull
• Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts
• Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and for Red Bull

Requirements:

• Established contacts within the industry, or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred
• Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to analyze sales and customer data
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Salary: $74,813 - 94,500 + cash incentives
