专员，理赔岗

We are seeking a Claims Specialist to join our team in Guangzhou.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and assessing claims cases according to established rules and guidelines
• Promoting and implementing claims rules and procedures
• Collaborating with various departments, including headquarters operations management and institutional operations support
• Providing suggestions for system optimisation and participating in system requirements development and testing

To be eligible for this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree or above in a related field, such as medicine or law
• At least three years of experience in life insurance claims review
• Excellent written communication skills in Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn, adapt, and handle pressure
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
