As a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead, you will support the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the sales floor during peak periods, focusing on customer service and sales goals
• Driving holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products
• Supporting seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized sales floor
• Managing customer flow and resolving concerns with a positive approach
• Providing direction and support to team members during busy periods
• Assisting with opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as needed

To qualify, you should have:

• 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods
• Team player who can motivate others and take initiative
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
