Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing style advice and excellent customer service
- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Keeping standards high while balancing speed and accuracy
- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting your colleagues
- Adapting to changing situations and priorities
In return, you'll receive a flexible working pattern, including Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with potential for full-time hours during peak periods.
