We are seeking a talented Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and sales expertise to clients in our beauty department.
Customer Sales Experience You will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized sales service to customers based on their needs
- Engaging in conversations with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations
- Using your knowledge of beauty products to generate sales and build customer relationships
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
Operational You will also be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining attractive product displays
- Participating in sales programs and events
- Maintaining a clean and organized beauty zone
- Adhering to company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
- Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
Required Qualifications
- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training provided)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for select locations)
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Prior beauty sales experience
- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands
- Strong passion for beauty
- High school diploma or equivalent
