Associate Director Medical Affairs Insights and Analytics

We are seeking an Associate Director Medical Affairs Insights and Analytics to lead the development of data analytics and business intelligence solutions for the Medical Affairs function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design, development, and implementation of secure analytics dashboards, software applications, and data-driven BI tools
• Providing technical support for the use and functionality of analytics dashboards with cross-functional stakeholders
• Providing training related to BI tools
• Mentoring and training junior analysts

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a closely-related field
• 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical and/or medical environment developing and maintaining dashboards using PowerBI and Power-Apps
• Experience with SQL and/or Python to extract insights from claims and health systems datasets
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Veeva CRM, Tealium Audience Stream, Salesforce, and Google Analytics

This is a regular position with a salary range of $173,000 to $185,000 per year, plus additional compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a pharmaceutical and/or medical environment, with a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence.
