Description
TaskUs is seeking an IT Applications Analyst, Oracle Fusion Technical. As an Applications Analyst, you will plan, implement and document all aspects of specific projects, coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, and lead the team in analyzing project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and document all aspects of specific projects
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Lead the team in analyzing project requirements, including scoping, setting up discovery meetings and work estimation
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
- Present during monthly reviews of tickets handled and team's performance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Applications Analyst in IT or Oracle Developer
- Solid technical background with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP
- Hands-on knowledge creating reports and supporting Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules via BI Publisher
- Knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and ability to optimize codes
- Experience with different industries, including financial sector, manufacturing, distributions and BPO industry
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project or similar software
- Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet and Visual Studio is a plus
- Experience with other SaaS applications like Microsoft, Workday and NetSuite is a plus
