Quality Analyst - Multiple Roles

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming experiences by executing and improving testing processes. You will proactively participate in quality tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and practices. Your efforts will help maintain EA's high standards for quality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute scripted test cases and exploratory testing, identify and document defects, and ensure clear, actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
• Analyse test results, provide insights, and contribute to process enhancements.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively across teams and time zones.

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in QA testing or a similar role.
• Experience with process documentation and test case management.
• Familiarity with bug tracking software like Jira or JaaS.
• Understanding of software and/or game development life cycles and interdisciplinary team dependencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
