Description
We are seeking a Consulting Project Manager to manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the Consumer Health field.
The successful candidate will contribute to new business development and maintaining and strengthening the client base. They may also support the development of new offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project teams, including internal and external resources, to design, develop, and deliver client solutions
- Leading teams to review and analyze client requirements, develop proposals, and ensure profitability and high client satisfaction
- Managing the proposal preparation process and ensuring overall bid integrity
- Developing project plans with timelines and deliverables, and leading projects to successful completion
- Recommending improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems
- Serving as the key point of contact with clients
- Providing high-level input to client reports and presentations
- Developing and elevating new business opportunities
- Providing follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed
- Continuing to strengthen subject matter expertise through on-the-job experience, conferences, and professional knowledge sharing
- Mentoring, coaching, and sharing subject matter expertise with others
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred
- 8-12 years of related experience, including consulting and Consumer Health experience
- Excellent project management skills and client influencing and relationship-building skills
- In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and core offerings
- Experience working with senior-level managers and executives in the Consumer Health industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver on tight deadlines
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills
- Established network and referral contacts
- Subject matter expertise and project management skills to manage projects across multiple Centers of Excellence
