Description
TaskUs is seeking an Identity Access Management Associate to work closely with the IAM Analyst and report directly to the IAM Manager. The successful candidate will ensure that users have appropriate identities and credentials, enabling data and application owners to control access to their resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures IAM service delivery meets established SLAs
- Completes configuration of security policies and rules for integrating IAM best practices with other products
- Provides first-level support for IAM-related incidents and service requests
- Responds to client/support inquiries for assistance with access-related concerns
- Assists the IAM Analyst with projects and implementations
- Maintains necessary runbooks and documents
- Understands IAM service offerings and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of information security or IT helpdesk experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory Server and Information Security
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Positive attitude
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or equivalent
