FBS Business Analyst II- Guidewire

We are seeking a seasoned FBS Business Analyst II- Guidewire to act as a liaison between business units and IT at a senior level. You will possess expertise in business objectives, processes, and products, and oversee business requirement gathering and analysis, risk assessment, and project scope. You will also mentor lower-level colleagues, perform impact analysis, and support the development of applications, conceptual design, testing, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business sponsors and IT staff
• Develop business requirements through analysis of business activities, industry trends, and sponsor requests
• Work with business leaders to define project scope and perform impact analysis of business process changes/enhancements
• Understand customer objectives, processes, and products to make educated recommendations
• Oversee business requirement gathering and analysis
• Support application testing, implementation, and training activities
• Perform quality review checks on project deliverables
• Mentor and supervise lower-level peers on project tasks

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Insurance Analyst with Guidewire, cloud, and P&C Insurance experience
