Flagger - Supercross

We are seeking a seasonal Flagger - Supercross to join our team. As a Flagger, you will be trained in caution flagging and communications for our touring Supercross events. Your primary objective will be to provide information to competitors about track conditions ahead.

Responsibilities

• Flag and communicate with the Head Flagger via radio during Supercross races.
• Learn and understand Supercross racing flagging rules, radio communications protocols, and safety rules.
• Identify and report any safety issues to the Flag Team Manager and/or the Flag Safety Coordinator.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• This is an entry-level position; training will be provided.
• You must be available to work varied hours and shifts, including weekends.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to stand for extended periods on a racetrack.
• Full use of hands to handle flags and/or safety light remotes.
• Capacity to hear and understand audio communications through radios with earbuds.
• Ability to wear a helmet for extended periods while on the racetrack.
