The Sr. Specialist, Healthcare Partnership - Retirement Concierge Network BD will support the manager by developing and managing aged care provider networks and vendor relationships for new and existing sites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing/managing relationships with targeted aged care providers.
  • Negotiate cost-effective contracts in compliance with all providers and corporate requirements.
  • Resource integration and quality control of cooperative providers.
  • Establish service standards for providers and optimise service procedures.
  • Business negotiation and implementation support for innovation projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments (internal and external).
  • Maintain documentation for all provider contracts and assist with providing information for audits.
  • Apply principles of critical thinking to practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardised procedures.
  • Apply sound judgment beyond specific instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Three to five years of managed aged care/healthcare experience.
  • One to three years of experience working with contract terms and reimbursement methods.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, multi-tasking, problem-solving capability, creativity, initiative, teamwork skills, public relations, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
