Mosqueteiro/a (Consultor/a On Premise)

We are seeking a Mosqueteiro/a (On Premise Consultant) to join our team in Brasília.

As a Mosqueteiro/a, you will be responsible for developing sales and brand awareness in the On Premise channel, focusing on nightclubs, bars, hotels, restaurants, and events.

Responsibilities:

• Expand and live the Red Bull On Premise culture with credibility and influential relationships, actively participating in nightlife and visiting clients.
• Create innovative activations to differentiate Red Bull, collaborating with bar staff and marketing.
• Develop and protect accounts in the region, positioning the brand and portfolio correctly through negotiation and route planning.
• Align with the Distributor's Sales Force, train staff, and implement commercial agreements.
• Prepare reports, meet deadlines, and manage the local On Premise channel budget.
• Implement the On Premise marketing strategy using suitable tools and following international guidelines, aligned with the business plan.
• Differentiate the brand with innovative support, adding value to clients.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education degree
• Experience in On Premise (Commercial) and Events
• Availability for travel (20-30%)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, dynamism, sense of urgency, organization, curiosity, and creativity in problem-solving
• Knowledge of market trends, music, style-fashion, self-confidence, enthusiasm, attention to detail, transparency, and assertiveness
• Residency in Brasília (DF)
