Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Allington Court Care Home in St Albans. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other housekeeping and maintenance staff.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for tidying up and a passion for helping others. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will make a real difference every day by creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with our other housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Ensure our residents are kept happy by vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, and generally ensuring the upkeep of all communal areas and resident's bedrooms
- Maintain housekeeping stocks for day-to-day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as needed
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- You take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment
- You are comfortable multitasking and working with other teams to ensure our residents are kept happy in their home
