The Porsche Centre Würzburg sells Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world. Our goal is to continue this success and provide our customers with optimal service. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as Parts and Accessories Consultant.
Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for selling spare parts and accessories to external customers and our own workshop.
- You will specialise in Tequipment, wheels, and tyres.
- You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and the 'Parts Link' program.
- You will present high-quality products attractively and maintain an overview of the warehouse.
- You will be responsible for product care and display of Tequipment and Porsche Lifestyle products, including reordering.
- You will ensure the delivery of commissioned parts to our workshop, take charge of storing spare parts, and actively contribute to maintaining a well-organised and structured warehouse.
- The goods receipt area falls under your responsibility, where you will carefully check deliveries against corresponding orders and ensure a smooth flow of goods.
You work well in a team, convince others with your positive and open attitude, and bring initiative and independent working style. With your excellent communication skills and high customer orientation, you contribute daily to providing our customers and colleagues with first-class service.
Requirements:
- A completed technical or commercial apprenticeship in a car dealership is desirable.
- Initial experience in inventory management is advantageous.
- Practical experience and quick comprehension enable you to quickly adapt to new tasks.
- Enthusiasm for the Porsche brand.
- Friendly, open, and confident appearance.
- Excellent communication skills and safe handling of common MS Office applications.
- High reliability, flexibility, and engaged working style.
- Pronounced customer and service orientation – with joy in personal contact.
