Description
We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team in Miguel Hidalgo, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for improving customer service experience through the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of executives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with existing regulations
- Analyse and improve branch performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress)
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- AMIB certification
- At least three years of experience in the financial sector
- Experience in retail, premier, or advance segments
- Financial mathematics skills
- Customer-oriented and sales-focused mindset
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to change
