Description
We are seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to join our Studio Operations team at Electronic Arts' Respawn studio in Chatsworth, California. As a Production Coordinator, you will provide high-quality support and help streamline our current processes.
The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role, ideally supporting senior leaders and global teams in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:
- Managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports
- Planning and executing team meetings, summits, and events
- Leading onboarding and offboarding logistics for US-based employees
- Maintaining team distribution lists, Slack channels, and shared resources
- Proactively maintaining department common areas and participating in creative sessions
- Partnering with IT and cross-functional teams to manage hardware and software needs
- Continuously looking for opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
In return, you will receive a salary of $29 - $46 USD per hour, depending on location. We also offer a package of benefits, including paid time off, sick time, company holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k).
