Join our team in the M&S Café at Westwood Cross, a busy store location where customers come to relax and recharge.
As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the café, particularly during peak periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service, making food and drink recommendations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently, keeping customers moving and satisfied
- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards, juggling orders and queues, and working under pressure
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture that meets customer needs
- Adapting quickly to changing situations and working flexibly where needed
In this role, you will be expected to work varying shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with potential for full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
