Producer - EA SPORTS F1

Electronic Arts is seeking a Producer for their EA SPORTS F1 team. The Producer will run end-to-end production of marketing, motion, and design assets to guide visual campaigns for the global racing franchise.

Responsibilities:

• Organise asset production and delivery to ensure on-time delivery against campaign milestones.
• Build and manage detailed schedules, track assets, and provide pipeline visibility to partners.
• Lead asset discussions with senior partners to understand challenges and identify creative solutions.
• Translate feedback from Creative/Brand Leads and racing licensors into clear steps for creative teams.
• Coordinate resource sourcing, including music licensing, brand approvals, and in-game assets.
• Manage legal, rating board, and localisation delivery pipelines while forecasting and managing vendor resources within budget.
• Collaborate with internal craft teams and external vendors to deliver creative work on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading creative production in gaming, creative agencies, post-production, VFX, or sports entertainment.
• Experience managing full-cycle creative campaigns from concept to final delivery.
• Direct experience onboarding and collaborating with external creative vendors and agencies.
• Hands-on experience building production schedules and managing tracking pipelines using tools like Airtable and Asana.
• Ability to navigate brand guidelines and coordinate asset reviews with high-profile licensors and partners.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to handle complex projects.
• Keen personal interest in sports, with knowledge of Formula 1 and motorsport culture.
