People Program Manager

About the Role

As a People Program Manager at Anduril, you will partner with teams and leaders from across the business to drive execution, manage program lifecycles, and build lasting, scalable organizational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
• Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Use qualitative and quantitative skills to tackle complex problems with strong analytical thinking to design key analyses that influence operational decisions.
• Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
• Communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes and alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics clearly and concisely.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Salary Information

The salary range for this role is $112,000-$149,000 USD per year.
