We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team at Bedborough House in Radstock, Somerset. The successful candidate will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to seven autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans
- Assisting qualified staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support
- Carrying out day-to-day activities that promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence
- Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive
