HR Specialist

Kody is seeking an HR Specialist to join its dynamic HR team. As Kody expands its European footprint, this role will drive growth across the UK and EU. The ideal candidate is a professional, adaptable, and hands-on HR practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building teams from the ground up.

This role combines Talent Acquisition and People Operations, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full interview process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience

• Leading onboarding and orientation for new joiners across the UK and EU

• Handling daily HR administration, including employee records and payroll/benefits coordination

• Serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries

• Ensuring local HR compliance with UK employment laws and European labor regulations

• Managing the end-to-end offboarding process

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations

• Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and managing recruitment pipelines

• Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work processes

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
