Floor Lead (Retail)

Mejuri is a modern fine jewelry retailer reimagining the industry since 2015. We're looking for a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team in Boston, driving success through exceptional customer service, team development, and daily operations.

As a Floor Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding customer service standards, fostering team growth, and ensuring seamless operations. You'll exemplify outstanding interpersonal skills, motivate the team, and create an engaging environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and validate in-store customer experience
• Drive team performance and engagement to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure positive customer experiences and promote services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory management, order fulfillment, and store organization
• Support visual merchandising, fixtures, and maintenance
• Foster healthy relationships with team members and establish a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Adaptable with creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Critical thinking ability
• Physical requirements: ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
