AI Enablement Lead

Firecrawl is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to own the internal AI stack, focusing on setting up and maintaining agent harnesses, configs, and model routing. The goal is to increase adoption and efficiency of AI usage within the company.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams and individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Own the internal AI stack, including agent harnesses, configs, shared skills, and model routing
• Set up and maintain the AI stack, shipping changes as tools evolve
• Work with the revenue team to identify tasks that can be automated with AI agents
• Help teams that barely use agents to adopt them
• Analyze token spend data to optimize AI usage and reduce costs
• Develop cost-effective solutions and strategies for AI adoption
• Collaborate with teams to understand the benefits of scaling with tokens
• Build necessary tools and infrastructure to support AI adoption

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong technical background, with experience in AI and tooling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with AI adoption and change management
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience as a founder or early startup engineer
• Background in AI, machine learning, or related fields
• Experience with coding agents or AI tooling
