Description
We are seeking a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal team member, you will have the opportunity to gain meaningful experiences that help you build and develop skills for a career.
In this role, you will be responsible for stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our stores are stocked and ready for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
