Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Site Activation Specialist to join their team in Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Wuhan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for quality deliverables at the country level, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable country rules.
Key responsibilities include:
- Forecasting submission and approval timelines, ensuring compliance, and tracking milestone progress
- Monitoring financial aspects of the project and escalating discrepancies in a timely fashion
- Reviewing and complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)
- Ensuring all relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File (TMF) as per company SOP/Sponsor requirements
- Providing support for site selection, site activation, and ongoing submissions and amendments
- Acting as a liaison and facilitator between investigational sites and functional leads
- Analyzing country and site metrics to ensure baseline project deliverables are being met
The ideal candidate will have experience in site activation, clinical trials, and regulatory affairs, as well as strong communication and project management skills.
