Buffet Steward - SP

As a Buffet Steward - SP with Princess Cruises, you will provide excellent quality food and beverage service to guests in assigned areas. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down designated areas, showing full knowledge of restaurant menus, bar and wine lists, and assisting with briefings before service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent quality food and beverage service
• Setting up and breaking down designated areas
• Showing full knowledge of restaurant menus, bar and wine lists
• Assisting with briefings before service
• Ensuring designated areas are clean and maintained to high standards
• Reporting any complaints or problems to supervisors
• Performing duties assigned by supervisors

You will need to have:

• Minimum one year of food and beverage experience
• Attendance at a recognized hotel/catering school
• USPH sanitation courses and understanding of environmental regulations
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of P.O.S. systems
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written
